I think he made sense with what he was saying. Actually, I think he said some things he should have kept to himself and Khan.

This interview is so good and the speed vs. size thing isn't the best part.

Not worried about speed. Seen him come into camp at 160 and the speed is there. More worried about the quickness than the speed. The speed is in the body the quickness is in the mind

Amir is sturdy. Should've never fought Prescott in that stage of his career. Prescott is a puncher. You bring a puncher to the gym for sparring to get used to it. The corner didn't do their job. He would've told Amir to take a knee after the KD. Once you get KD you already lost the round. Don't throw a punch. Regroup

Garcia is a puncher and Amir got up and started landing on Garcia and made it thru the rd. He would've told Amir not to throw a punch the next rd. You already up on the cards. You gave him a rd so you're even. He saw Maidana's right hand and he took it. He didn't see Prescott's or Garcia's. He can take a punch

The Garcia fight was lost at the press conference. When Angel started talking about his race Amir took it personal.

This part right here is really good. He talks about the Garcia hook and why it wasn't a lucky punch and Freddie's lack of experience. Virgil feels all trainers should start in the ammy's with young kids. You get the experience of knowing different styles from different regions. The Garcia hook was a typical Philly hook. He'd been setting him up for that punch. When Garcia is looking down and throwing the hook he isn't ducking and closing his eyes. He's seeing where Amir's feet are positioned.....

Canelo has only knocked out one JMW, Kirkland. They picked Kirkland at the right time. Ishida also KO'd Kirkland. Most guys Canelo has KO'd has been smaller. He also tells the story of Angulo. Hunter is Angulo's trainer. He says Angulo didn't listen to him. When he said that part I expected him to say the typical trainer stuff like Angulo didn't bob when i said bob and didn't weave when I said weave blah blah blah. But he doesn't say that.

Title is wrong, he said he's worried about quickness not speed.

While I understand his position, how many top guys has Danny Garcia knocked out? How many top guys has Prescott knocked out?

He's bringing up guys like Hatton and Rhodes Canelo was 20 years old for those fights and still developing physically and otherwise.
