Rigo might be a great fighter, but he's a parasite. Guys like Frampton go out and build themselves into a draw, the least Rigo could do is stay busy and build fan recognition. When he signed with Gary Hyde, Hyde was going to keep him busy in the UK/Ireland, but that wasn't good enough for Rigo. All this time sitting out and b*tching, he could've had a half-dozen fights in the UK and fight with him would've been big money for Frampton instead just all risk.

because they won't get in the ring with him lol. this is such circular logic - "rigondeaux deserves to be avoided by the name fighters because he hasn't beaten a name fighter in three years". it's a catch-22 and a totally unfair standard. it's like the old dilemma that you need work experience to get a job, when you can't get work experience without a job in the first place

frampton has fought a bunch of guys who brought him less money, attention and kudos than fighting rigo would have. there's only one reason not to make the fight and that's because he and/or his team clearly have no confidence in his ability to win. he can't call himself a champion in good conscience as long as rigo remains unbeaten
