Honestly never heard of hedgehogs as a menu item. Can't imagine much meat being on such a thing.

Same here. Cleaning alone wouldn't be worth the effort. A girlfriend of mine had one and it was just a really tiny, cute thing. I'll be biased for a moment and say Fury's brother must be a miserable POS if he's breeding them for harvest. It would be like breeding hamsters as snacks. I say that as someone who supports hunting as well as responsible farming.

I didn't care for them much, tasted like fish tinged chicken, with a slightly rubbery texure.
I'm not too sure on the rest of the bullfrogs haha.I've had a c.o.c.ktail called squashed frog before, minus the legs.

One does not eat snails cold. Escargo is really good. Actually many of the snails used are from the Bordoeux region, same as the wine. They are bred in clean water, so none of that swampy taste... if you have not tried escargo the best thing to do is go to a grocery and get some parsley, butter and garlic, chop and mash...you can buy snails in a can, rinse wash, and put on a dish covered with the butter mixture and let sizzle in the broiler for about five minutes...yummy!

of course you can order in a restaurant as well. But its a unique taste, very good, and snails are basically insects with flesh!
