It's ok in your eyes for mayweather to do it a 100 times but it's not ok for postol to do it ....at least be consistent with the holding crap

Well Arum made it a higher priority to put Crawford on HBO vs a bs high level journeyman type opponent than getting Loma or Postol any fights anywhere let alone HBO so Arum probably has himself to blame there. How many TR bs fights does Arum want on HBO?

And last I seen the HBO schedule it did look booked up for awhile with mostly "meh" or "uhhh" level fights, but I mean thats the problem most of us realized for HBO with their P4P list of signed fighters. They got great fighters on HBO, but a bunch of them don't have any opponents people care about or HBO is pushing out those big opponents to future dates later in the year one would assume.

HBO obviously following the PBC model now lol, although I suspect few who say this of PBC will say it of HBO.

People think they are stars. Put Loma vs Romula anywhere but New York as a main event and I'm not sure it draws 2,000 paid crowd.

What a ***ing JOKE HBO has turned into WOW! We want to see Loma and Postol, at least I do but to no surprise because these guys are not known for their Power, OF COURSE HBO is not all that interested in either of them. Peter Nelson seems to be making match up via Boxrec and by the KO% of the fighters. What is even more pathetic is that Matthysse the guy who Postol whipped, will be back on HBO before Postol will be

How does Loma not get as much hype if not MORE than GGG and why isn't his success so early in his career not highlighted more?

So it is clear, HBO want to only showcase guys with Power and who can score impressive KO's That explain the mismatches that they gladly accept to show on their Network because they know with mismatches they will at least get a KO Finish

I'm almost DONE with HBO all together, sorry I'm not into dumb down "Brawl Only" boxing. I like to see ALL STYLES go against each other.

Seems like Arum is ready to move away from HBO but unfortunately for him, he doesn't have an Alternative Network right now

But why does HBO have to do anything? they're not a ****ing charity. Let Arum do his job and not just expect to suck on the HBO teet. That's the good thing about PBC. Haymon is actualy spending his (investors) money. Now, Haymon has the problem that he is spending waay over the market value to push his "urban entertainment" agenda, instead of paying real market value and is wasting his resources on crap. Sigh, boxing people in the US can't fu(king get it right.

Only way is HBO doesnt want them is cause Arum wants a large amount of money for some mismatches. Either way those guys may not have big fan bases but still do good in viewership numbers

This is what happens when you tell off Showtime and PBC and have only one place to go.

Have they had a choice since Haymon took half the fighters?
