Jacobs, LARA, Either Charlo twin, Andrade.

Wade is currently the 13th-15th best MW. Heck the IBF has him RANKED #3 and he's beat out by a VACANT #2 lol...
Funny how he has to beat them yet none of them has actually really genuinely expressed a lets sit down level of interest in fighting him. The only man in this sport who has genuinely tried to make a fight has been Ward, everyone else has needed to be compensated beyond their worth or has some excuse including "i'll mention golovkin tuesday Lara, so I can have the media attention friday when I name my next opponent".

So the lack of anyone willing to step up means absolutely nothing...funny how that works.

Canelo is suppose to fight him in Sept. And I think neither one is afraid of the other. Casual fans are pissed because it febraury and think negotiations begin then. When in fact they both have an up coming fight. Come June/July is when the real negotiations begin.

Lol, how do these guys who have done nothing in boxing much less at 160, validate GGG?

Historians won't give a **** about either of those 2 things.

It comes down to WHO you beat, and when/how..... nothing else.

I'll take that Lemiuex win over either Charlo twin, Andrade (is he still fighting?)...

By that I mean I'm not sure either Charlo brother or Andrade can even beat Lemi. Why does GGG have to fight what basically amount to nobodies? Is it just because they are american?

What does Lara give GGG? We all know he's just going to fight on the backfoot and GGG will just impose a solid jab and body shots ala Canelo but with more power and length...

It's an interesting fight just due to the way Lara fights. We are basically watching that fight to see if GGG can stop him...

The Charlo brothers are still young but doing much less than GGG and fighting what is mostly no hopers. Andrade hangs out with Mikey Garcia, Ward, and Gamboa. Lara would just serve to annoy the viewers if GGG doesn't stop him because we know it will be a visually atrocious fight and Jacobs seems more interested in enjoying his title and chilling. I've heard less from Jacobs now that he's champ and we'd all be hard pressed to think Jacobs and BJS aren't just wishing GGG would go away. But of all those guys, Jacobs is the best. He has the size and power to give GGG an actual fight but is his chin good enough.. We look down on Jacobs sometimes for that pirog loss but Pirog was legitimately a great fighter and it's not like Jacobs got buzzed by a light puncher... Pirog could crack and Jacobs didnt know how to deal with the overall craft (examples.. shifting, smart aggression, movement).

Also, whoever mentioned Tito and Oscar for B hop is reading too much into those. For those who FOLLOWED the sport itself knew that B Hop wasn't some random champ. Joppy? His claim to fame is beating an ancient Duran...or getting stopped by Tito. Either way, Tito and Oscar didnt belong at 160.

GGG can only beat who's in his era and he shouldnt be knocked like Wladimir was who as soon as he lost "oh the hw division is poppin"..no...it isnt. Wladimir just isnt unbeatable anymore but I digres... Some of these guys are "good fighters" til they get beaten by GGG and all of a sudden they're scrubs. Mw would be awesome without GGG so why not give him his props

Hey good point, who was that, Geale ?

Because that was only half-a-dozen fights ago.

                  LOL wut ?

That's like saying the only knock on a batter is that he can't score any runs.

Opponent level is all historians care about, they don't care about hollow records and irrelevant KO numbers , that is fanboy fodder.
