You're right. I apologise, I respect you as a poster.

However, I stand by what I said about the bizarre logic of this thread. It makes no sense. It's based on the rantings of a few idiotic posters.

A lot of boxing fans are little b^tches who complain whatever happens in case you haven't noticed lol. I honestly believe boxing has some of the most worthless & unappreciative fans in all of sports.

I agree. But It's in response to the constant bashing of Lara's resume and the comments about wanting Wade to "suffer" for saying he's confident and wants to win.

I just think fighters that want to fight Golovkin should be given more credit considering the ****ey that is taking place at 160.

            It's definitely the case.

I hate to bring this up but a lot of Pacquaio fans did not want the Mayweather fight to happen. They would rather take victory in saying that Mayweather was scared to fight him.

Some fans who are hung up on that "most feared man" in boxing stuff so when they reach a certain level a guy below them will want to snatch that title from them it makes that title hollow. Fans however are not quick to let go of a title like that, especially if other guys are still not trying to fight the guy.

So by that you would think fighters that don't want to fight GGG should be praised, right? But no...Sauners, Jacobs, Quillin, Martinez, Cotto and Canelo are scared duckers.

So as a fan....what do you want and why are you *****ing?
Ward and Lara didn't actually want to fight Golovkin... They only pretended they wanted...
... Ward later went after Murdock and Brand, doe...
... While Lara just fought Zaveck instead...

Wade should be praised for wanting and taking the fight. He can talk all he wants to build up his confidence, but his comments regarding GGG seem a little disrespectful. At least they add a level of interest to the fight. We'll see how confident he is on fight night...

Even though GGG's clearly the smaller fighter, Ward should be praised for wanting the fight. He shouldn't get praise, however, for being inactive then wanting the GGG fight all on his terms. He had plenty of time get back in the ring and build the fight. He also had plenty of time to send an offer to GGG but waited too long --they'd just made the Lemieux fight and were on a path to unification with the Canelo/Cotto winner. GGG's camp turned the offer down quickly for obvious reasons then Ward and RocN ran to the press with it. Seemed like a lame publicity stunt.

Who says Lara wants the fight? The problem is he's done nothing to get the fight. NOTHING. In just one fight with Jacobs (or maybe Saunders) he could put himself in a position to get GGG. Jacobs is available so why isn't Lara pursuing that fight? Tweets are BS. DeCubas knows Loeffler. Loeffler says they've never contacted him. From GGG's perspective Lara's not a MW and he isn't a draw.

So, basically one fighter's disrespecting GGG, a second much bigger fighter wanted a long term commitment from GGG all on his terms, and a third fighter says he wants GGG but does nothing to get the fight. It's not the "wanting" part that's worthy of criticism here.

I guess we can only apologise that Golovkin isn't black and hasn't ever thanked Al Haymon after every fight. Sorry PBC doesn't have a fighter as brilliant as Golovkin.

You are absolutely right. We would rather take Golovkin take **** fights than fight someone like Lara, who as proved in his fights with Angulo and Canelo, would surely whoop Golovkin's butt
Lara's a more credible guy than anyone on Golovkins resume, 154 or not, you should be able to admit that.
