Almost every Russian I have met living in America says Russia is corrupt. Wilder is the champion and the fight should take place in America.

Unless I'm mistaken in the event of a purse bid the split is 75% for the champion and 25% for the challenger if the fight takes place in the champion's country.

But if the fight takes place in any other country the split becomes 80% for the champion and 20% for the challenger.
