If GGG beats Canelo and Ward beats Kovalev this becomes a mega fight. Back in 2012 when he had a meeting with Peter Nelson he gave Nelson a list of 20 possible names and Ward was on the list. That's when Abel said he'd fight anyone from 154-168. It's got to be a big fight in order for Golovkin to take a risk and move outside his weight class and he has to be compensated well.
