I don't see what your point is. You're approaching this like floyd fans trashed nsac testing in favor of usada...and in the end usada testing was the same as the standard testing used by nsac. That's clearly not the case. You're spinning it as if it's not random in the sense the fighters know when the tests are coming, when in fact it's not random in the sense that they don't randomly decide when to do the tests. If it's still random from the fighters perspective, then what's the difference?

Calling tests within a set period random is ****** in itself. How can you call it random when you know you will be tested anytime within a set period? Random testing is year round. End of story.
