USADA reason for saying Floyd was dehydrated last may 1st was floyd can't give enough urine sample to the USADA collector.

while USADA waited 6 hours for floyd to pee, when floyd can not provide urine sample when they came.

whiy did they not wait 6 hours too on may 1st or why did they did not declare floyd to be dehydrated when floyd can not provide pee sample but opt to wakt 6 nours

and coincidentally that was what Lance did to, made USADA wait for hours too just like floyd.
