in what way does it make him a hypocrite? is he a hypocrite because he wanted a big money fight and was willing to sacrifice weight (i.e. Floyd/froch/jcc) for one fighter and not the other? if so then look at every top boxer around you and tell me which one of these guys hasn't been a hypocrite when it comes to demanding advantages vs. some fighters while willing to forgo advantages for other fighters.

Ward dragged a Chad Dawson, a LHW, all the way down to 168 and wouldn't even give him a single 1lb leeway when Dawson asked for it because he was struggling so bad.

You don't condemn him for that, but you condemn Golovkin for refusing to sign a contract agreeing to move up to 168 for Ward ... sometime next year, when Andre says he's ready.
