Lol. GGG doesn't need to be a business man to agree to a deal like the one Hearn offered him to fight Brook. He'd have to be crazy to turn it down. And it's not like he asked his mando to step aside so he could fight Kel.

Kel Brook is a hell of a fighter, btw, and a very big WW. I don't think he can beat Golovkin, but I think he'll be a tougher test for GGG than Eubank Jnr would have been.

ggg calls canelo a businessman for fighting a WW(bigger name thanbrooks) for the MW title, but then turns around and does the same thing...

Glad to hear Sanchez say that if they don't get Canelo, Golovkin will look to fight in July, September, and December. Loeffler already said they'd look back at BJS in July at Boleyn Ground.

He criticised Canelo/Khan because it's a business fight between a middleweight and a welterweight ... for the middleweight title ... at a catchweight.

Nope. Sanchez called Canelo a business man for fighting a WW instead of his mandatory challenger.

          See the difference?

GGG didn't target a WW instead of a MW. The WW targeted him. If he'd been turning down challenges from MWs and wanting to fight Brook instead, then you would have a point.

If you listen to what Abel says in that video, he was one of the few people who thought Canelo/Khan might turn out to be a very competitive fight. Which it did, for 5 rounds.

Everyone says Canelo is a great champion, the idol of Mexico. The idol for what? For boxing? No. Or as a businessman? Right now, he looks like a businessman.
I understand this decision is maybe 20% Canelo's and 80% [his promoter], Golden Boy. It's business, but it's not respectful of boxing...For me, it's about who's the best? Who's No. 1 in the division? That's what's No. 1 to me. Second is money.

ggg did it him self, and he never even mentioned the word mandatory...

              And you have no brain.

Should SRL fans be ashamed because he fought Duran, who moved up 2 divisions for him?

Should Hagler's fans be ashamed because he fought WW SLR?

How about Monzon fighting WW Napoles?

Golovkin was talking about Canelo refusing to defend the MW title against MWs, at 160, there.

FFS ... is GGG refusing to defend his titles at 160 against MWs and picking a WW instead?

Nobody at MW wants to fight him, and according to Hearn, Kel Brook wanted the fight at 160.
