Who would you like to see David Haye fight next?

What sort of opponent would answer all the questions about Hayes return without wrecking the Joshua showdown that is brewing?

I bet you his next opponent is Shannon Briggs.

Malik Scott would be a good fight if I'm looking at the ones that are available.

I seriously don't see Malik Scott lasting a round.
He has skills just no power and no chin what so ever.

          Malik would be slaughtered.

He's used to being the faster guy, in this fight he'd be slower and against someone who could/would take him out early.

I like the idea of that.
Pretty sure Breazele was in Hayes camp for Fury before he pulled out.

Spzilka or Whyte would be good but neither are available.

                Someone in the top 10.

Would have like to see Haye take care of Martin but that fight's out the window now.

I don't really mind the Briggs fight that much, he's much better than Di Mori, a durable opponent, former world champ and he hasn't lost for 5 years since the Vitali fight. Plus he'll add a lot to the promotion.

It's a step up from Haye's last opponent so why not, that's what he's supposed to be doing, fighting progressively better opponents as he eases himself back into the division. Briggs only problem is his age really, if he was 39 instead of 44 but with the same record, no one would have a problem with the fight.

I wouldn't be surprised if Briggs pulls some sort of "Lets Go Champ" stunt on Haye soon, and then Haye accepts the challenge, although it's all been preplanned behind the scenes between them both. It'll just be done to set up the fight nicely in a dramatic fashion. Well, it's an idea anyway..

Micheal Wallisch is making real moves ; young good boxing IQ and a decent punch hes also younger than the Haymaker.
