Shaver's nothing but an undersized, overrated bum beater who could never KO anyone worth a damn

aside from glass jawed Ken Norton.

Shavers is the most overrated puncher in history

Muhammad Ali himself said Shavers was the hardest puncher he's ever fought.

I take his opinion over yours any day of the week.

let me tell you something about boxing, n00b

Fighters ALWAYS tend to praise those whom they defeat

when someone like Ali or Holmes claim stuff like ¨SHavers is the hardest puncher ever and hardest I've ever fought¨ they are really praising themselves because they survived shavers ¨the hardest puncher ever¨. they're just full of wank

anyway, none of those undersized old timers fought a true Heavyweight or Super Heavyweight. even Foreman, who was considered a monster back in the day, would be small ass heavy today, they all would be considered blown up cruisers today.

So comparing a bumbeater cw like Shavers with real powerpunching super Hw's like Wlad or Lewis is pure *****s

and when it comes to Tyson, his size, frame and type of opposition he destroyed (including Holmes, whom Shavers couldn't finish) should tell you he hits harder than Shavers.

He also beat Foreman in a high profile fight, why didn't he say George was the hardest puncher he's fought? It would only add more to his already big win...

So I guess it's safe to say he was being honest when he said that.

              1. To deflect attention from the fact that he ducked a rematch with Foreman. Foreman was desperately demanding a rematch but Ali went on a bum beating tour instead

              2. in more recent years, Ali said that Foreman had him out of his feet from glancing blows on the ropes, Ali didn't look like that against Shavers, despite the fact that Shavers hit him with the kitchen sink, if we're to believe Ali's words, these two separate facts dont compute

              2. Prime Foreman was kind of a douchebag, so majority of fighters he fought would try do not give him any credit because they didn't like him

That's difficult man, in terms of heavyweights, I haven't seen any one with a better punch technique, for power punches, than a prime Tyson. Foreman probably had more natural power, considering he just swung from the hip but the way Tyson got his torque, with his legs and hips in unison, that was a work of brutal art.

P4P...a welterweight Hearns, a welterweight Robinson...erm, possibly lightweight Duran, Chavez Sr at lightweight and below, could all come close but Tyson is still probably superior.
