You're right about one thing -- everyone on GGG's team said let's meet in the middle (164 and 50/50). Quite a generous offer considering the amount of work the two had put in to build up the fight the past two years. What, with GGG KOing 10 guys and selling out arenas on both coasts and Ward beating a jelly donut (at LHW no less) in front of 300k on BET.

My bad. Saw the post and obviously assumed something else. Let that be a lesson to all: Never drink and post.Excuse me ? Where in my comment am I defending canelo fighting 155 ....you need to look at the conversation before to know what this comment was about lunatic lol...some idiot was saying yeah canelo is 155 and he should be allowed to fight at 155 ....I said he can weigh what he wants and golovkin can be 160 if he wants....in future please read the full comments regarding this because obviously u have missed the boat....I am one of the true defenders of it being 160.....go over my history and you would see it......no such thing as a catch weight with 2 fighters in the same division ...it's ridiculousComment

Ward said NO to a 3G fight at 168 during da HBO meeting they had..3G said Yes to 168.....yes da recent 164 CW offer was bullsh1..and Ward is right to say no.No he did not, that is bull****.
Back when Ward was inactive, they asked him if he was ready for that fight NOW, and he said no I need a tuneup first, because I have been inactive for 18 months.
Then a few months later, IMMEDIATELY after his tuneup with Smith, Ward approached K2..... they made a dozen excuses, and then demanded a catchweight that they know Ward cannot make.
But, cool story bro.
It is clearly obvious they avoided Ward.Comment

Because GGG is much more skilled than Canelo, hits much harder than anyone Canelo has fought, and has a very very deep amateur background, and very good footwork.
Canelo on the other hand has no footwork. He is a good fighter, a start fighter, but he is no the same caliber as GGG.
I don't believe that at all.
Canelo has shown much more, against much better opponents.
I do not believe that Golovkin is more-skilled than Canelo at all.
He has more power.
I firmly believe that they have no faith in Golovkin to beat Canelo at 155.
Canelo > Golovkin at 155.Comment

GEE THIS LOOKS FAMILIAR. I CAN CUT AND PASTE, TOO. YOU MORON...
They have consistently said they will move up or down for big $$$/exposure fights. Your timeline proves nothing different. I've explained this to you a few times and all you do is post crap. But to address your BS let’s go over your timeline…
First it was, " Golovkin: I'll fight anyone at 154, 160, 168 "
Your first link is from March of 2012 when GGG started fighting in the States. Yes, he and his team said 154-168. They were looking for any live, name opponents at that time. Sometime between that and your next link was the meeting with HBO. GGG said yes. Ward said no. HBO wanted both fighters to get busy building the fight. So…
Golovkin fights Proksa, Rosado, Ishida, Jacklin, Stevens, Adama, Geale, Rubio, and Monroe Jr. culminating in sellouts at arenas on both coasts, ratings of around 1.2-1.4 million, and the overwhelming buzz of the boxing world.
Meanwhile, Ward fights…Dawson (at 168) in Sept 2012, Rodriguez in Nov 2013, and Smith in June 2015. The last fight takes place in Ward’s hometown arena where they are giving away tickets so the place won’t look half empty to the 300k watching around the world on BET. Somewhere in there, according to your timeline…
Then Andre Ward announced his comeback. So it became, " Golovkin: I'll fight anyone at 154, 160, 164 "
…you then post a link from July of 2015 which is over 3 YEARS AFTER your first…and yes, Loeffler threw out an even split 50/50 at 164. Considering the work each fighter put in and results they got in between your links, I’d say that’s a more-than-generous offer. Ironically, the article you linked to says GGG “won’t be facing IBF champion David Lemieux this year…” Then you claim …
Then Ward said that he would consider a catchweight. So it became, " Golovkin: I'll fight anyone at 154, 160 "
…and to back it up you actually go back in time a couple of months to May of 2015 to an interview Sanchez is giving about the upcoming Monroe Jr. fight. No mention of Ward here. No mention of 168. Just Abel saying no one at 154 or 160 goes 12 with GGG. Maybe you posted the wrong link? In any case, I’ve followed this situation pretty closely for the last couple of years and don’t ever recall Ward considering a catchweight. Please provide the proper link. Then your timeline continues with….
Then Cotto/Canelo both insisted upon a catchweight. So now it is, " Gennady Golovkin eyes unification at middleweight "
…but link to an article from late Oct of 2015 after GGG’d beaten Lemieux, and yes, hoping to unify as he will get the winner of Cotto/Canelo. No mention of a catchweight in the article. Shouldn’t be any as GGG is the WBC mandatory who agreed to step aside to get the winner. A winner cannot impose a catchweight on a mandatory challenger for the MW title in the MW division. Not sure what your point is with this one but the winner of this fight is a big $$$/exposure fight in his own division. No mention that K2 had already rejected Ward’s crappy offer of 50/50 and a 10-15lb weight disadvantage just after they’d signed on for Lemieux. Then you go to…
Then Ward moved to LHW. So NOW it is, " Golovkin Will Go Anywhere To Face Carl Froch! "
…which brings us to your last link from early Nov 2015. Eddie Hearn hints Froch may be lured out of retirement to fight GGG. Sanchez is asked about it and in the article he says …
“Carl Froch is a guy that we’ve always respected. Golovkin respects him tremendously for what he’s accomplished. I think the fact that he’s such a glow in England and filled up the Wembley Stadium when he fought George Groves, he still is somebody that Golovkin would love to fight because of that. Golovkin is looking for the biggest names, the biggest fights, the biggest financial reward fights for him and Carl represents one of those. Whether it’s in England, whether it’s in New York or Las Vegas, I think that Golovkin is willing to go anywhere to fight Carl Froch."
GGG has always been interested in Froch (Ward’s best win BTW) because of $$$ and exposure. How is this inconsistent? What does Ward moving up to his natural weight class at this point have to do with GGG/Froch? Does Ward fill up Wembley or bring big $$$? Ultimately telling is the respect offered to Froch who fought all the tough fights while Ward’s sat on his ass and done next to nothing. So now, Ward’s calling Golovkin names while sending BS offers. I think that GGG has respect for Ward’s skill as a fighter and he’s always said so, but to quote his interview about the HBO meeting, he says to Ward, “I have nothing left to discuss with you. As a man, you are dead to me.” That’s all you need to know.
The only inconsistencies here are in the logic and flow of your posts. Your problem is, that just like Ward, you haven’t put in the work.
Then who is Chudinov you silly **** ?
WBA super middleweight champion Fedor Chudinov (14-0, 10KOs) is not a young fighter at 28-years-old, but he is now a world champion who is gaining experience. Last May Chudinov pulled off one of the big surprises of 2015 when he won a twelve round split decision over veteran Felix Sturm to capture the vacant WBA title. Sturm, based on sheer experience, was the big favorite to win the fight.
It is bad enough being lied to by that hypejob Golovkin, now it seems I have to put up with his idiot fanbase lying to me as well.
Clown.....
They were willing to fight Froch at 168
They were willing to fight Chavez at 168
They were willing to fight Degale at 168
They were willing to fight Jack at 168
They were willing to fight old Hopkins at 168
They were even willing to fight CHUDINOV at 168, ffs
How the fk do Degale/Jack/Chudinov qualify as " big " fights kid ?
I will wait patiently for your biased fanboy reply.....Comment

Chudinov is a SMW. Who exactly approached him about a fight with GGG and when did it happen? Recently? Maybe they're testing the waters for a move up if Canelo refuses to fight and they can't get Saunders in the ring either. BTW I roasted every point you tried to make in the previous post that I'd responded to and you come back with this weak **** about Chudinov. Address at least one thing in my original post calling you out and exposing your lies. Then who is Chudinov you silly **** ?

It will be fun to see the MW champ get stripped of his belt. A dishonor. Canelo will hate it, but he will prefer it to getting beat down by the much better, badder man.
Later they can negotiate a 157 fight and cinammon boy can receive the head battering brain damage beating that he so deserves.Comment

you can't be SERIOUS!!...he probably has more power but he's definitely not more skilled

LMAO
Kid, ..... " Golovkin cannot fight Ward, because he is only focused on unifying at middleweight "..... and yet, they were in discussions with Chudinov LMAO
It looks like the sky is the limit for newly crowned WBA super middleweight champion Fedor Chudinov (13-0, 10 KOs), who comes off the biggest success of his career – a road decision win over former four-time middleweight champion Felix Sturm. According to his promoter Vladimir Hryunov, the Russian fighter is being offered some big names around his weight class.
Russian Dmitry Chudinov, who holds the belt of a regular middleweight world champion of WBA, has declared his readiness to compete against Kazakhstan's Gennady Golovkin, current WBA and IBO champion of the same weight category, reported by Chempionat.com.
WBA Super World middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin isn't going to wait around for former super-middleweight champion Carl Froch to make a decision. It is now or never for the Nottingham fighter as Golovkin and his team have taken a look at other options in the super-middleweight division, including newly crowned WBA champion Fedor Chudinov (13-0,
And they were also in discussion with Hopkins LMAOComment
