PAC's doctor wasn't under any obligation to make public statements about PAC's surgery!! He needed PAC's permission to share what he did share..

You don't need a legal authority to ask for that. If I'm an honest being subjected or defamed as a drug cheat. As an honest man I will go hell from high water to find proofs to clear my name.

The thing is Floyd if he was honest he will find those medical experts on site to help him clear his name, but what we got?

Nothing.. Silence.

Why? We can only speculate

1. Since no certified USADA DCO in site can diagnose severe dehydration at that time.

2. If there was a nurse, that nurse has no authority to administer IV use, according to wada, only a medical practitioner with the right credential can diagnose sever dehydration. Since their is a list of rules to follow before IV use and TUE is approved. This rules have to be met.

Still, no nurse spoke for him.

3 if their was a doctor on site, that doctor's name is no where to be found, since he knows if this blows off. He can't justify giving Froid IVS.

4. The best explanation is, there was no medical practitioner to diagnose Froid of IVS. Hence, this major cover up.


Pac's doctor spoke when asked by the media. He spoke his mind and cleared Pac's good name. Pac didn't request this. The media just did it.

But, how come up to this day, there is no written report of who was the medical practitioner who diagnosed Froid for IV use? - red flag
