You think these people are qualified to make a medical diagnosis?

    Yes not a physician.

Show me a link saying the dco diagnosed Floyd's medical condition.

I know hauser posed it in the form of a question and made an obvious statement bout how the dco can't diagnose Floyd's condition.

But according to what you just wrote, Floyd's medical condition was diagnosed prior to issuing an iv.

Explain and post a link to verify your opinion.

Plus, the points that Floyd brought up, he would know best.

There is a huge difference between
"I need an IV to recuperate due to my training", which we all agreed was Floyd's position

      vs

"No it was not due to my training that I needed an IV. It was because I had diagnosed myself with having a case of (insert unknown medical condition).

But we know why you are going there. The statements just do not put a good light on Floyd and his supporting fans.

Floyd isn't a doctor. Floyd hires doctors. Floyd is a boxer. Floyd is correct in saying how he felt and describing what he felt may have CONTRIBUTED to his dehydration - such old age, giving blood, overtraining -

But he does not have the credentials to write a perscription for himself. Agreed?

So get your hands on the tue application and then when can discuss the validity of his medical condtion.

Oh no moron its just a reference. If WADA did not include diarrhea in its rules it did so for a reason diarrhea. Having too many plausible exceptions makes a rule worthless. WADA decided to stick with a strict objective empirical exception of severe dehydration only.

Floyd is still the athlete in question. Like other athletes that bring up those type of excuses(pleads ignorance), they still will be violating the rules.

These type of responses have always been said by the athlete when they get caught and it never was acceptable.

yes, the doctor can prescribe a medication but its for Floyd to understand if it is banned or not and if Floyd should take it or not and why he is taking the banned substance or method instead of an alternative that is out there.

"Under the World Anti Doping Code, ignorance is no defense. Strict liability is the rule."

All statements made by Floyd and company point requiring an IV because he was severely dehydrated due to the weeks of training. No statements came after that to correct that statement. Actually, they doubled down and kept on saying that in other interviews.

Contrary to Mr. Hauser’s inaccurate reports, the USADA DCO was in the home and observed Mr Mayweather’s condition that precipitated the need for an IV. The DCO was also in the home when the paramedic was called and remained in the home while the paramedic provided the IV. At no point during the infusion did Mr. Mayweather attempt to hide anything regarding the treatment he was receiving.

So this is your proof. This is what you are using to validate your statement that the dco diagnosed Floyd's medical condition. Wow you are very ******.

You are by far the most idiotic imbecile poster in this thread.

FLOYD DID NOT VIOLATE THE RULES. FACT. USADA states Floyd followed all rules. WADA has not said Floyd violated the rules.

So why are you even bringing up what is "not a valid defense" for someone who was found to have violated the rules?

You are really dissappointing me which your counter arguments.

and the sky is blue but that was not part of our discussion(last few posts). The point was that Floyd cannot plead ignorance. P

As for your other point, that is why we are discussing all this. In context with the evidence, Floyd should NOT have received an IV. We can and will discuss that part. No problem.

You can't even properly read the ISTUE, which is the only thing that matters here. When you learn how to decipher that, which a HS student can do, please come back. Until then, I suggest you go pick up "Hooked on Phonics."
