Like I said a chemist, like Memo, can easily make testosterone that will pass a CIR test. You just have to start from a cholesterol base rather than a phytosterol base. Its more expensive but not more difficult I'm sure Froid can afford the few extra bucks it costs to make cholesterol based testosterone.

Conte explained its against the rules to hand out a TUE for the IV.
Conte explained that IVs masking PEDs is extremely effective and therefore does not make any sense that USADA allowed that. Also said there are more effective ways to rehydrate.
