Comments Thread For: Chavez Sr. Not Happy With Canelo-Khan, Wants Canelo-Golovkin

Lol, yeah I mean son clearly lost to a JMW Brian Vera at 170, who was just chasing names at 160. Fought him twice. Speak of your own son Julio Cesar Chavez Sr.

There is no point in mentioning Jr when Sr expresses his opinion after he has been asked the question. Sr's opinion actually carries some weight.

He also has some influence in the WBC so if he's saying canelo has to do the right thing by facing golovkin in September ..then WBC is listening that's for sure ....snr is very close to suliaman ..very close
