As I said in the OP, Floyd never moved up for great opposition to 154. He moved up to 154 to fight a shot over the hill ODLH who would retire a year later, and still it was a SD that many saw the other way around.

That's the equivalent of GGG moving up to 168 for Froch or some other old ex elite fighter.

Define "many" because I'm pretty sure the vast majority had Mayweather beating Oscar.

It was about 600k or in the six figure range. Which would be a lot of money for a guy like me, but that's chump change for someone like Floyd.

Facts show that Floyd moved up because he wasn't able to fight in smaller weights anymore. His body grown.

The only moment when he moved up was the times he fought at 154, and he never fought at 154 against elite opposition. He was a paper champ at 154.

It's like GGG going to 168 to fight Chavez Jr or Froch. Mayweather didn't fight the best names at 154, avoided Lara for example. So when you Floyd fans say that GGG isn't willing to move up for greatness, I let you know that your idol didn't move up for greatness either. He never took the risk.

He didnt try to fight at 144, he weighed in ONCE for marquez, he didnt even attempt a second weigh in.

He decided not to go back to 140, he was lineal at 147. Doesnt mean he couldnt make 140. When hes fight night 147-150, why couldnt he make 140? of course he could. He was the star and didnt need to.

So you are saying that Floyd only fought 4 times at 135 but was forced to move up because he was too big despite being only 138 on fight night? Then that same guy only fought 3 times at 140 but was again forced to move up because he was so gigantic despite being only 143 on fight night and weighing only 146 on fight night at WW against Zab? Mayweather weigh in weigh was 146 against Judah... and this guy claims he was also 146 on fight night. Yeah ok.
