        Make the fight happen.
It will answer the question everyone has, is Wilder for real or great matchmaking and hype?
Wilder has gotten better, but this is first big fight. He wins this, no one can say he hasn't beat anyone, Povetkin isn't ATG, but solid pro and gold medalist.

I would favor Povetkin, but I just want to see a good heavyweight fight, either guy could win, the best kind of fights.

It's easy to say you want a fight when you know the people who guide your career won't be guiding it into the path of the guy you say you want to fight.

It's a bit similar to the "hold me back, hold me back" thing people do, when they know there won't be any fight.

Maybe, though I think Wilder genuinely wants to fight Povetkin. It's not a case of false bravado. He's delivered the goods every time he's had to, so he clearly has some faith in his abilities at least.

If the fight doesn't happen I'm going to blame Haymon, not Wilder.

Not much different than Povetkin calling out Wilder a couple weeks after his people sent an emissary all the way to China to tell the WBC he couldn't be ready to fight by January and asking for an extension on his mandatory.

              The fight will happen.

Most likely in Brooklyn, in the spring. Nothing from either side has come out to indicate that negotiations aren't progressing. I bet they have a deal sewn up by the end of February or sometime between late April and mid-May.

Took a picture with Wilder at the Super Bowl media day in SF on Thursday. I asked if he was going to get it with Tyson Fury and he said once he handles his business with Klitchko he can get with him. One of the Watson twins said they can make it happen if Fury wants it for real.

Wilder is the hottest HW name and Povetkin is probably the best HW on the planet atm., so this is the fight to be made. In Brooklyn, lots of Russians will show up too.

                    Typical brit

when Fury gets laid out by someone who's absolutely pathetic you'll hide in your little shell talking about past greats like Lennox Lewis

Povetkin is better than Szpilka in every department. When he gets inside he is actually landing combos to the body and the head, thats also why Klit was holding him like a horny, phaggot ass octopus, hehe
What about the fact Povetkin got knocked down by a jab? Lol, but yawl don't wana breach that topic, too bad for yawl we aint forgotten bout that.
