Since all ward stains believe in this contract that has been signed by ward to fight Kovalev, what exactly is in the agreement? Who gets what? Where will it be? When?

Contract will be 172lbs, rules to be rewritten to allow constant clinching and wrestling down to the ground to be legal and oh ofcourse headbutts are legal but only in favour of Ward

Pascal didn't have a rematch clause, Kovalev did.

Pascal would have had to fight Kovalev again if he'd won, but not the other way round. Pascal was the challenger and Kovalev is the champ, remember.

Kovalev fought Pascal again because he had no other options. If Ward had wanted it, I'm sure Kovalev would have fought him instead of Pascal.
