I just posted why i want to see a rematch because i feel the shoulder injury caused him to under perform. Im not saying manny is gonna knock floyd out in 3 rounds in the rematch. Im not saying floyd will not win 1 round in the rematch. Im just saying i would like to see a rematch to see how a healthy pacquiao fair off against floyd. I just find it odd that a fan base will write off a rematch completely. Its like they dont want floyd to give manny a shot to redeem himself, and thats fine but atleast come out and say it.
Why are Floyd Fans so Scared of a Rematch???

I dont see how the shoulder injury is any different from bradley's ankle injury. I remember when manny vs bradley 1-2 passed, some posters was saying if bradley didnt injured himself the fight would have played out a lot different and then now the same poster is saying manny's shoulder injury wouldnt matter if he was 100% or not.Ok, but can you understand why so many people think the shoulder injury is BS, even with the surgery?
Manny/Bradley is a pointless rematch as well. Your planning to watch isn't an indicator of it being a quality fight, but you being a huge Manny fan, which is the primary reason you want to see Floyd/Manny 2.
Ok, that is your preference and you are entitled. Just because they are 2 greats doesn't mean a rematch is warranted either.
WSSD you want to see a Floyd/many rematch because Manny lost and because he fought in a way that you as a fan didn't like. You want him to have a chance to redeem himself. I get that.
However, Manny didn't perform in a way that warrants a rematch. There wasn't any controversy. If Floyd comes back, my preference is he fight someone who has a legitimate chance to beat him.Comment

ok, but your going with the shoulder injury IMO is because you are a big Manny fan and need a justification for what you saw. without an excuse or justification, you have to go with what you saw.I just posted why i want to see a rematch because i feel the shoulder injury caused him to under perform. No disrespect, but what most of the world saw that night was the taller, longer armed fighter shoot jab after jab that for the most part confounded and confused Manny and made him hesitate to retaliate.
Redemption is earned dude. Canelo is a perfect example. No one wanted to see a Canelo/Floyd rematch in 2014 or 2015. Now if Canelo beats GGG in 2016, then he will have earned a shot at redemption in the eyes of a lot of fans and people would support the fight. Roy/Bhop was another example.
You want the rematch based on outside the ring things. rematches should bebased on what happens in the ring.Comment

If Manny had beaten Floyd like that, I wouldn't be asking for a rematch. That's where we are different.actually a lot of people bought into it. The only one who think its fake are the floyd fans and the manny haters but i dont blame them for thinking like that because if it was the other way around i would be thinking the same too BUT the difference is i wouldnt say i dont want to see a rematch. Had manny beat floyd and the floyd fans is calling for a rematch i'll be here egging them on by posting **** like lets make this rematch so manny can whoop on floyd again.Comment

thats not true...even some manny fans think it was b.s....even the emotion Osuna who went back and forth about it with stephan A after the fight....actually a lot of people bought into it. A lot of people though it was a farce and the only people who bring it up are the die hard, Floyd was a coward type fans..not true boxing fans who hate excuses...especially when he didnt even show signs of his shoulder hurting in the fight
read the comments on youtube...people been calling BS on that injury from everywhere even reporters, trainers and boxers....you need to come to grips that he was never good enough to beat floyd...thank Bob aRUM, Mr. ****, ****, ****, and skip bayless for leading you to believe manny was a fighter he never was....best in the generation and definitely was not fighter of the decade in 00-09...come on couldnt even beat JMM conclusively one time in 4 tries, even in a fight he scored 3 kds he was getting outboxed, do you see an y version of Mayweather losing to the Morales that beat Pacquaio..I doubt it....you got fooled by the mediaLast edited by therealpugilist; 02-04-2016, 01:58 PM.Comment

wouldnt you think Mr. 7 time trainer of the year(undeserved in certain years I may add) would have taught his prized pupil how to take away the jab and how to cut of the ring. Did roach ever teach him to keep his lead foot outside of an orthodox? He should have....when he did land one good left, floyd took it away by making sure he had lead leg controlok, but your going with the shoulder injury IMO is because you are a big Manny fan and need a justification for what you saw. without an excuse or justification, you have to go with what you saw.

No, I wouldn't. Just because you act like that do not assume others would.
Other than you being a Manny fan, you have no real reason why a rematch should occur.
DO you think Ghost should get a rematch with Floyd? The scores in that fight were close to the scores in the Manny/Floyd fight.Comment
