I hate it when like a japanese fighter beat like 2 mexicans and they start calling him "the mexicutioner" and then in his next fight he gets iced by a mexican hahahahahaha.

No need for a rematch simply because the first fight went as expected and boxing is far better without floyd, the circus he made it and his racist fanbase.

It wasn't. So what's your next question?
well if theres a rematch that means money right? ...... and floyd makes big money fights only. so why would he not want to make some in a rematch?

Well i see it because of the shoulder injury and because of that im interested in a rematch. I thought Manny vs Bradley wasnt that competitive at all either. It was clear who the winner was but hey im still watching this 3rd fight between these 2. But thats just me. I just like watching 2 guys fight and go at it. Not to mention once their gone, their gone. So why would i not want to see a rematch of the 2 greatest fighter in this era? Put it like this, manny got ktfo by marquez and i still want to see a 5th fight.

The fight wouldn't sell as much as the first one but it would easily be the biggest fight of the year and more interesting that most of the crap we've been getting. Not to mention it would cement Floyd's legacy by getting to 50-0...

...so why are Floyd fans so opposed to this fight? They are desperate for it not to happen. They are scared of something but I can't put my finger on it. Personally I think Pacquiao is probably done and the result would be the same (maybe Pac does a bit better).

Why aren't Floyd fans confident in their fighter? He's never let them down before. It's almost as if they believe the shoulder injury was real. Lord knows why . . .
Because a useless fight, with the result no longer in doubt, with business terms that Top Rank will never take. There's nothing that Pacquiao can still do that could negate what Mayweather is still able to do.

Beyond that, in splitting the pot, Mayweather is likely to demand no less that 70% of the take, while giving Top Rank no say on anything.

            Why waste the time?

I'm confused why would fans want to see a rematch of a fight where one fighter in your words "won pretty convincingly."

Especially one that was as tedious as that.

The original post's question is about as logical as asking why Pac fans are so scared of an Algieri rematch?

Ok, but can you understand why so many people think the shoulder injury is BS, even with the surgery?

Manny/Bradley is a pointless rematch as well. Your planning to watch isn't an indicator of it being a quality fight, but you being a huge Manny fan, which is the primary reason you want to see Floyd/Manny 2.

Ok, that is your preference and you are entitled. Just because they are 2 greats doesn't mean a rematch is warranted either.

WSSD you want to see a Floyd/many rematch because Manny lost and because he fought in a way that you as a fan didn't like. You want him to have a chance to redeem himself. I get that.

However, Manny didn't perform in a way that warrants a rematch. There wasn't any controversy. If Floyd comes back, my preference is he fight someone who has a legitimate chance to beat him.

actually a lot of people bought into it. The only one who think its fake are the floyd fans and the manny haters but i dont blame them for thinking like that because if it was the other way around i would be thinking the same too BUT the difference is i wouldnt say i dont want to see a rematch. Had manny beat floyd and the floyd fans is calling for a rematch i'll be here egging them on by posting **** like lets make this rematch so manny can whoop on floyd again.
