This fight reminds me of the josesito lopez fight, pure garbage. Canelo sucks for letting oscar promote these garbage matchups, horrible deal making the mayweather catchweight, horrible angulo match up, and the list goes on and on....hope trio G Kays O this clown

lets break this down, Khan beating 3 or 4 fringe fighters since his vicious loss to garcia (who i cant help but think isnt THAT good) is a pretty factor in terms of recent opposition faced. he has very fast hands but not a fast head, we all know he has a really bad chin when hit clean or even nearly! hes been hurt by at least one of these recent opponents if not by all.
canelo just beat the man who beat (knocked the fack out easily) the man(martinez).
i thought miguel had it but, its no big deal as he loses no esteem or steam.
the floyd loss/es miguel cotto came very close and actually drew blood from the nose of fmj but, alvarez could not lay a glove on floyd throughout 12 rounds!
speed was a factor in that fight and timing/head movement/overall boxing skill would beat canelo, in other words...a complete fighter, khan is not one of these people.
yes carl, it would be a massive shock and i will be betting heavily on khan to win by knockout.Comment

I love Froch, but no. Just no.
I can't believe the boxing world is buying into this nonsense. This is why the sport is dying.Comment

Yes indeed, Froch echoes my sentiments exactly. If Khan is able to pull this one off then the bad memories of the Breidis Prescott and Danny Garcia knockout losses would be expunged from the boxing fan memory for ever.
In addition, the notions of him never fully reaching his overall potential and being the quintessential underachiever would all be erased too. As a matter of fact, win or lose he has already earned my respect by taking on such an insurmountable feat, in his challenging of one Saul Alvarez.Comment
