khan and canelo are two of my favorite fighters to watch. their styles always make for entertaining fights.

edit: if you guys dont believe me i will send over my workout chart and diet tips so that you too can put on 5 pounds of lean muscle in 12 weeks. 8-10 weeks is usually ideal for natural bodybuilding and then you take a couple of weeks off to recover and let the body heal.

Boxing is not bodybuilding, Khan will need to retain his speed/stamina to have any chance in that fight..... "packing on" muscle, will not help him.

khan and hunter both got balls of steel...khan taking on the most dangerous 54 pounder and virgil wants to grab thurmans ponytail and break his neck...these guys have more balls than brains imo. but i have nothing but respect for these kinds of individuals. im off my rocker

i never said it was i was countering your argument about the time limit in question to pack on the muscle he needs...khan just needs to pack on mass without limiting his speed which is what top level conditioning coaches are best at.

khan deserves respect for taking on this massive challenge and though canelo is a monster, the blueprint is out there to beat him. he needs to clinch and needs that extra muscle mass to be effective in the clinch. if khan can box and move like lara, floyd, he has a slim chance. but we all know that canelo has a solid ***in chin and will prolly walk though khans pitter patter punches. i am still eagerly waiting to watch the fight and as always will root for the underdog..in this case - khan!

my pick is canelo by ko - late rounds.

The chin is the problem though.
