In my opinion this is all crazy to even dispute. We all have our opinions and we are all certainly entitled to that. But for anyone to honestly think that Hatton really has a chance of going more than 8 rounds with PBF is just absurd. And this is coming from someone who isn’t even a fan of PBF. In fact, I can’t wait until he meets his match. The only one who even has a chance against him right now is DLH.

PBF is just head and shoulders above everyone else right now. And to think that Hatton is actually going to be able to compete with the big dogs in the welterweight division is nothing more than his fans wearing rose colored glasses. Hatton is an awesome light welterweight. He wouldn’t beat any current top 5 welterweights right now though. It’s just not his natural weight.

And this is all of course just my opinion. Albeit, I feel pretty strongly about how I see this topic.

lol. ur kidding... right. all the bolded statements are just rediculous. the ONLY person who can beat PBF is DLH. What about margarito or cotto? are they automatically counted out.

And saying PBF would KO hatton is like saying barrera would KO mike tyson. He might win, he migh win by a lot, but there is no chance in hell that he KO's hatton. it just would not happen.

and PBF is "head and shoulders" ahead of everyone else. wat are u talking about. there are prolly a few better out there that havent proved themselves yet, and there are like 6 fighters that are extremely close to his talent. No doubt he is the best welterweight, but not "head and shoulders" ahead of everyone.

I cant wait till hattons next fight. it'll shut all of u haters up, i can garuntee it.

So because I don’t see things the way YOU do then automatically you think it’s fair to label me a Hatton hater? No not at all. And I like Hatton, as I said in the post above, but he is clearly not in PBF’s league. I wish I could say that he was cause I really don’t care for PBF. In fact, I would be rooting for Hatton if they fought. I am just glad I don’t have that Rose Colored Glass disease like some others do.

And you really think Cotto could stand a chance against PBF? Pulease! Maragrito? He would be more competitive than Hatton. But that’s about it. Still be a loss. Hell, Judah is better than Margarito, in my opinion anyway. And we all know what happened there.

PBF aint gonna KO Hatton. Hatton took Tsyzu best shots and still won the fight and Tsyzu hits alot ***in harder than PBF. PBF will outclass the guy in a ungly wrestling filled fight probably by UD.

PBF is faster, stronger, has more stamina, and he will beat him on the inside and outside. Hatton doesn’t do anything better than PBF and in my opinion, he will be humiliated. All we can do is speculate about this right now though. I doubt they ever even fight so we may never know.

Hatton at his best would beat him, I just think Hatton's lifestyle has caught up with him now - and he's messing about with his body too much, I mean Kayes had six or seven weeks to put 5lbs of muscle onto Ricky's frame for Collazo and now he'd have to LOSE that quickly-added muscle to fight at 140 again.. and he's now 28! His style suits being younger and fresher than he is.

                I'm inclined to agree.

Of course, the most wonderful thing about this fight is that none of us really know for sure until it happens (because - let's be honest here - as great as Floyd looks, he's not exactly been tested these last four years has he?)

Maybe the fight will be so close, exciting and competitive that - no matter who wins or loses - it will make a nice trilogy. Instead, we're sitting here waiting for the first fight to take place.

[QUOTE=JuicyJuice]Castillo beat Mayweather.. but Hatton is bigger, stronger, faster, fitter, far more talented and a much bigger puncher than Castillo.

                    QUOTE]

I had it as a close fight but still believe Mayweather won, just like I thought the Collazo fight was close but still thought Hatton won.

To say that Castillo had sucess versus Mayweather using pressure and Hatton is soooo much better at pressuring guys than Castillo, hence Hatton will beat Mayweather. This is an idiotic statement. First off Castillo is a better polished fighter than Hatton. Castillo has better defence and is a better BOXER than Hatton.

The only thing that Hatton will bring to the fight that is clearly above what Castillo had is power due to Hatton fighting PBF at a higher weight class than Castillo did.
