Rafael MArquez and Marco Antonio Barrera would probably have something to say about that.

They have both beaten HOF fighters as well, but have accomplished INFINITELY more in their careers to this point than has Taylor.

Looking at it from a career aspect id say your right about barrera. I guess he really must have pissed me off in the peden fight to have dropped so low. He defintily has a case for number 4.
