Thurman got some good points i don't get where did angel garcia came up of marinating this fight when in fact this fight is long overdue.

In reality that's exactly the narrative Haymon had for Thurman -- become big out of fighting low level opposition. The problem was Haymon run out of them to feed to Thurman. Who would even expect a 40 year old guy like Bundu would appear out of nowhere? So the question is who is Thurman going to fight if not Porter? Yeah, there's still Joselito Lopez, Andre Berto...but let's be real, I don't think he would accept a Salka fight.

Thurman is trying to make his name. It's different for Danny who has Khan and Matthysse on his resume. Significant wins. He's in his prime and needs those star making fights now.

Since Garcia was having so much trouble making 140 he should have just went to 141 and made the welterweights fight him there. He's chances vs the likes of Thurman would increase exponentially.

I believe that Khan is ****** enough to want to fight Danny and he looks to be the only one not to see the outcome.It's obvious he is frightened to death to fight Brook even though that would pay in the region of five times more and beat the man who beat the man. But Khan just wants to take a shower without getting wet ,everyone is bored with him.
It will be interesting to see how Keith deals with a big strong welterweight in Porter and I would like to then see how Garcia's strength measures to this .Good times for the fighters who want to fight.
