Eddie Hearn publically stated in an inerview with IFL TV that this fight was worth £10 million to khan and that he should take it. He Now is stating Khan is pricing himself out by demanding the figure that Hearn himself mentioned.

Eddie Hearn is taking Kell Brook for a ride completely stalled his career.

So let me get this right Khan offers brook a career high pay day of 2.5m and he refuses the fight

Its funny because Eddie once claimed he had £10 million waiting for Khan,

and Brook is the one who said he'd take a 80/20 split

              Khan called their bluff

              Brilliant lol

... On another hand, on another thread, Clegg produced a small ***elry on the issue here:

Unless somehow that wasn't their plan and they're just a bunch of delusional ******s...
I have no horse in this race, but I guess Brook holds enough tricks in order to beat Khan.

Hearn/Brook seem to be doing all they can to get this fight made, while Khan is doing everything in his power to squirm out of it. That says it all, really.

£5 million for Khan (Hearn's original offer) would be a career-high payday. It more than trumps whatever Khan would make for any fight outside of a Mayweather fight. He wouldn't even get £5 million for fighting Pacquiao.

Amir will fight Danny G and make, what, £2 million? Tops? At Barclays in front of 10,000? When he can fight Brook for at least £5 million in front of 80,000 at Wembley? It's a no-brainer, surely.

Unless Khan thinks he'll lose against Brook.

It seems like Amir would rather swerve the Brook fight, leave the dough on the table but at least save his own skin. He can go fight Garcia and the worst thing that can happen is he'll get knocked out again. Which...let's face it, he's already been KO'd by Garcia so it's nothing that hasn't happened before. He'd much rather get KO'd by Garcia again than get KO'd by Brook, his long-time bitter rival.

£10 million. You can't help but laugh. We all knew Khan was deluded, but Jesus Christ. That's two million more than Froch got for Froch-Groves II! I don't think this fight is even as big as that one.

The fact is, they both need each other. Khan-Brook is far bigger than any other fight they can get in the division.

Khan/Brook vs Bradley, Thurman, Garcia etc just isn't as big. The money here is coming from UK PPV. Two British welterweights isn't going to be PPV in the US, no chance.

But if they're gonna go in separate directions (as Khan wants to), I'd much rather be Brook, with the unbeaten record and world title. Big fights will come for him. Big fights will come for Khan too, but he's lost a good portion of his fanbase in the UK and his dodgy chin is always going to land him in trouble. Garcia knocks him out in a rematch, then watch him come crawling to Hearn to negotiate a Brook fight. By then, few will give a ****.
