What makes you say that? He hasn't fought in the UK for ages so how do you know if he is or isn't a draw?

Khan is a bigger name in every way than Brook. Brook has literally one top win his WHOLE career. He hasn't done anything before or since. I think Khan asking for 80-20 is unfair to Brook and 60-40 is about right. Khans resume is miles ahead of Brooks, even post Garcia when he hasn't fought the best, Alexander, Collazo, Diaz, Algieri are better than anyone Brook has fought OUTSIDE of Porter.

That being said, this fight needs to happen. Khan should ONLY fight Garcia or Brook at this point. The problem is, if he fights Garcia it'll be a summer fight. The only way Khan v Brook happens is if it is in the summer in the UK, so there can be a stadium fight (Wembley). So by Khan fighting Garcia in the summer, it postpones that fight by another year. Perfect scenario would be if Khan fought Brook in the summer and then unified the belts v Garcia later in the year. Two big paydays.

I don't much like either fighter but I trust Hearn about as far as Shannon Briggs can run!

Amir Khan is pricing himself high but he has a much more interesting and full resume than Kell. Kell is taking on nobody after nobody.

80/20 is a ****ty split but I'd like to know if that was a real offer and also if it was just the opening salvo in negotiations.

He said/she said is a crap way to judge things but my gut feeling is that Amir, whilst inactive and unbelted, would still bring a monstrous number of buys in the UK whilst Kell is still (kind of rightly) a bit ignored.

Amir's ****** fan base and the casuals support him and that numbers the millions. Kell? Well he looked great in that one decent fight and he has a low body fat percentage. Fan base? Until someone shows me some numbers I think he needs this Khan fight like James Toney needs a burger buffet.

Khan/Brook vs Bradley, Thurman, Garcia etc just isn't as big. The money here is coming from UK PPV. Two British welterweights isn't going to be PPV in the US, no chance.

But if they're gonna go in separate directions (as Khan wants to), I'd much rather be Brook, with the unbeaten record and world title. Big fights will come for him. Big fights will come for Khan too, but he's lost a good portion of his fanbase in the UK and his dodgy chin is always going to land him in trouble. Garcia knocks him out in a rematch, then watch him come crawling to Hearn to negotiate a Brook fight. By then, few will give a ****.
I much rather be the multi millionaire than the guy who will never land a big fight

Let me give you a reality check, nobody is coming over to the UK to fight Brook, the IBF is not important.

Brook is already big for the weight, so he'll have to move up very soon, he stands no chance in the weight class above and he will not land any big fights.

Brooks best bet is to drop the IBF title, move to the US, and sign with Haymon and land some bigger fights

Or he can continue fighting bums in Sheffield.

Basically he wants £10m compensation for being knocked out on a huge stage with the whole country watching in possibly one of the biggest all British fights ever, thus probably ending his career.

Pricing himself is just the latest in a long list of excuses to duck Brook. He's petrified of that fight.

Khan has been fighting on Spike TV in half empty arenas, Brook has been fighting in sold out arenas. Khan's over-inflated sense or worth is just as delusional as everything else related to him.

                      60/40, Brook ends his career.
