What in the Pacquiao fight made him better than that exactly?

No, but he would lay out Garcia for sure.

Of course, he lays out all these top guys with ease so you claim, but his actions speak louder than your words, and they're not indicative of the confidence you have in him.

#BeatProvodnikov doe. So did Herrera. nobody is bigging his boring ass up.
Yeah, I didn't hear Garcia pushing for Brook did he? Brook offered a fight to Bradley, Rios, Khan, Marquez and already fought Porter. The rest turned it down for whatever reason. in the first two cases probably a richer fight and possible Pacquiao fight, Khan ducked him to fight Algieri (lol) and Marquez retired.
Nobody is scared of Garcia - I even like the guy a lot - but Brook would beat his ass up.

Brook ducked Bradley first time, don't know about the second attempts. Did Rios really turn it down? Wasn't Brook b1tching about the gloves?

Should he lose to Garcia again, he could still fight Brook.
If he loses to Brook, it's game over. We know it, you know it. Everybody knows it.
If he loses to Brook he can come back and they do a rematch especially if the fight was a tear up for perhaps bigger $.

Herrera couldve gotten the decision against DSG and many felt he beat Jose Benavidez, so he isn't so bad after all.
Provodnikov too you can say won against Bradley not long before Algieri.
Speaking of pushing for fights didn't Brook call out Thurman post fight?

However, the fact is if you want big fights at WW you travel to U.S. Simple as that. That or why doesn't Eddie put up the doe he offers Khan to bring those WWs to UK?

He didn't duck anything. Bradley's promoter wanted 3 options on Brook, of course he's not going to sign a slave contract when he's mandatory for the IBF. No, the BBBofC banned those gloves. That was the first issue, then Rios talked about a rematch clause which is pretty standard. Then it was the rematch had to be in the USA, which was then granted - He then chose to fight Bradley, which I don't blame him for.
He subsequently retired and said he was so out of shape around the summer time (which is when the Brook fight should have taken place) that he thought about quitting then.
Now you can put two and two together i'm sure.

Yeah and? Supposed contact was made and they want to keep him in the states and Hearn wants Brook in the UK. I get it.
If that fight was as a dual PPV, it would happen quickly I'm sure.

If he loses to Brook, then the whole bravado thing is over. Everyone knows it.
It's fair enough, but don't expect us to believe he's fighting Garcia for 2-3 million dollars and turning down 6-7m pounds because he wants the WBC belt or because he wants a rematch with Garcia.
It's because he knows he can win and the Brook fight will always be there.
