Manny is on a roll. 1st his shoulder was fine before the fight, but he asked for Toradol. Then he also says "he" picked Bradley, which means his fans can no longer say that "Arum" picks his fights. TR can't get it together!

They never were able to get it together because they all run their own race constantly shooting each other in the foot , the BS from Team Manny has been going on for years and because he is a quite spoken likable guy it dont matter how much he lies as his fanboys they are so gullible .
Its obvious he has been using Toradol before his fights since 2009 when Arum disclosed his shoulder injury has been a problem in every fight since then , this was different because Arum was not in control of testing so they had to declare they wanted it and let the cat out the bag , would they ask for it against Algieri off course not they use it as usual no questions asked .
Nothing wrong with his shoulder before the fight by his own admission , by the statement of his doctors that examined him right before the fight , yet he wants a pre fight blast of Toradol lol dude has been using this sht for years .Comment

It's boxing people. If Bradley pulls the upset like Marquez 4, the whole shoulder injury scandal won't matter and make Pac's image even worse, starting from Marquez 4, or rather, he got KOd twice in his earlier career... just saying..Comment

Cant really expect any smart answers or statements from Pac, most of his advisers are from the corrupt Philippines island. Pac is a nice guy but unfortunately, he can't decide for himself and he lost his credibility because of that. Why would they request a pain killer before the fight if he felt everything was okay, doesn't make any sense. Well, good luck selling he fight...I wonder who's gonna come out with a dumb r excuse between Tim and Pac after the fight...they are so terrible at it!Comment

So, to the public, it was a boring fight, much less than the hype promised. But, immediately afterward, it got more bizarre, as only boxing seems able to do.
Nobody knew about Pacquiao's pre-fight injury, but in revealing it to the gathered media afterward, Team Pacquiao did its best Cool Hand Luke imitation. It had a failure to communicate — with each other.
Roach said he was surprised when one of the first questions in the post-match news conference was about the injury. He had been told on the way out, by Top Rank's head man, Bob Arum, to say nothing. But apparently it was Arum, angry that the Nevada Athletic Commission had not allowed Pacquiao to be given a doctor-approved and legal painkiller injection just before the fight, who clued in a couple of reporters just before the conference.
Pacquiao apparently had no marching orders, so as soon as the question came up, he told the truth about the injury and the technicality that disallowed his pain-killing shot.
Pacquiao's adviser, Michael Koncz, who had filled out the form for the commission that would have allowed the injection had Koncz checked "Yes" in a box that asked about any injuries, was also, according to Roach, recommending that mum be the word on the injury.
But once Arum told the two reporters, and once Pacquiao publicly told all, there was no turning back. Now, Mayweather could — and did — spout off about Pacquiao being a guy looking for excuses.
Soon, a member of the Nevada commission was taking the microphone to refute any wrongdoing or unfairness on their part, Arum was spouting back, and the public saw a sport, disintegrating before its eyes. It probably had expected this all along. But the magnitude of this fight seemed to allow some denial. Boxing wouldn't let its usual mess happen at Mayweather-Pacquiao, would it?
Yes it would. The usual odor became a stench.
"This whole thing will hurt us for a while," said Roach, who admitted that, when Pacquiao suffered the rotator cuff injury in training about three weeks before the fight, he had pushed for a postponement. But others, including Pacquiao, hoped it would heal and wanted to push on. And they thought it had.

What's hurts the validity of this excuse the most is the inconsistency of the details.
The excerpt that this quote was taken from was recorded on FightHype, Pacquaio goes on to say (paraphrasing) that his shoulder wasn't injured before the fight and was 100% and only got injured in the 4th.
That's completely inconsistent with all the multiple other differing statements that have been released by Pacquaio and his team.
They said he was denied a shot, that's been confirmed by the NsAC I believe. So if there was no injury according to Pacquaio now before the fight why did they ask for shot?Last edited by IronDanHamza; 01-21-2016, 05:33 PM.Comment

As Reloaded pointed out, Team Pacquiao have been lying to the public for YEARS.
Arum is obviously the worst, but Manny has played along with it, hook, line, and sinker.
The excuses they gave for refusing random blood tests were absurd.
And today, Freddie Roach wins a defamation suit filed by Alex Ariza.....
..... Freddie is cleared of any wrongdoing because his statement that Manny was juicing is only his opinion.
WTF ?
Have they been using Toradol for years ?
Then again, if they have been using Toradol for years, Roach would know.
So why would he accuse Ariza of giving Manny PED's ?
