It's crazy that Manny has become just another mentally ruined Floyd victim.

We've been asking this for months now. No-one in the "media" has bothered to ask the tough question either as far as I know.Comment

Of course he was injured before the fight. Sparring partners have confirmed the injury and that they had to cancel sparring during his training camp and we know he requested the shot for the shoulder. And it was serious enough that it required surgery. Still doesn't guarantee he would of won if 100%. But I do believe Manny when he says he has no regrets fighting on because of the historic payday. It was all about the money. Canceling or delaying the fight was never an option and no guarantee he would get as much money or any money (in the unlikely event the fight never happened). Manny was paid, Floyd was paid neither fighter sustained any real punishment in the ring. Fans are the ones who got screwed from a high priced farce of a fight.Comment

Why don't they ask him why he told the crowd in his separate presser to "relax and have faith"? He assured his fans that he was going to be victorious and that God had delivered Mayweather. Here's the truth of the matter. He had a so-called prophet tell him he would be victorious right before the fight (look it up). He had faith that God was going to help him with his victory regardless of his shoulder history. Once he lost, then it was about the injury again and not about God and the prophet. The man is dishonest. Go back and watch that solo presser.Comment

Hate to bust ur bubble, but it's actually quite the opposite. Why in the hell would pac ask for a shot of toradol just before the fight? When u consider the accusations of peds this is a head scratcher.
He rejected ibuprofen which has the same anti-inflammatory and spot specific pain reliving elements, minus the numbing, analgesic, amped up I can conquer the world invincibility effects. Toradol is the stuff nfl defenders were abusing to give them that extra edge. Once injected u feel the effects for 24 to 32 hours.
I like Pac, but his choice and timing were suspect to say the least. Why toradol? And why did u not request it until the night before the fight? If u really did have a shoulder injury that u never reported, why reject the ibuprofen offer? ...and again, why is there no evidence or post fight reports of treatment during training when injury was at its worst?
I was going for pac originally, but it was all so sketchy I really didn't care when the fight started. But when pac started the whole "I should have won" post fight, which later became "I had a severe shoulder injury" I was kind of glad Floyd beat him, something I thought I'd never say!Comment

Despite coming into his showdown with Floyd Mayweather on May 2nd with a damaged right shoulder, that later needed surgery, Manny Pacquiao says he has no second thoughts in not pulling out of that date and perhaps putting forth a better effort on that night, where he lost a unanimous decision in what was a rather dreary affair.

Not sure if this article is accurate ?
Pac was refused a toradol injection, not a cortisone injection, is that right ?
I'm no expert, and not even sure if I remember correctly, I have very little interest in this stuff, but I recall some posters discussing it at the time.
IIRC, the commission queried the request for toradol, as it is banned, and cortisone is more appropriate.
Not sure if that is correct ?Comment

Why are you endorsing that Pacquiao lie to the public ?
Are you serious ?
Why not just give Mayweather credit for the win ?
Your advice cost Pacquiao any chance of a rematch.Comment
