You do realize that's not Wilders decision to make right? The boxing commission has the say over that. Unless Povetkin agrees to accept a step aside fee, Wilder has to fight him next. You clearly have very little knowledge of how the system works.

Congratulations you knocked out a bum. Hahahaa Jennings did the same thing, 10 knockouts in 20 wins. Congratulations

In Wilders defense he did reach out previously to Povetkin, Klitschko, and Fury and was ignored and brushed off. Its not Wilder's fault the top guys wanted nothing to do with him.

I consider Szpilka a B level fringe contender at best. I think Fury's reach will be an issue just like it was against Wlad. Wlad usually can pull back out of the way but Fury was able to hit him just like Jennings did with his long reach. I think Fury can catch Wilder pulling back. Wilder has been getting rounds & experience. He is 30 years old while Haye, Povetkin & Ortiz are in their mid to late 30s. Wilder will be fighting an A level fighter his next outing against Povetkin. We will see what he can do against the top HWs.

I heard Froch and Fury got into it. Didn't even know Froch was in New York.

He's KO'ing everyone he fights, what's not to like?

Artur looked like he was crucified after that KO. Early KO of the year for sure. Wilder is a fascinating fighter. He can beat anyone, but he also has enough flaws where he could definitely lose to some of the top guys. Doesn't go to the body enough, off balance alot, too wild sometimes. Still he also does alot well.
