Lacy claimed that there are 2 Barreras, twin brothers.

One of them drains himself and makes weight, the other one gets in the ring and fights.

Maybe Mr Careful wants to investigate this possibilty before he commits himself to the fight?

WHY Still Talking?!!? Ward Needs To Shed The Diva & Man Up

I get so sick of this weasels lack of activity. Nobody questions his talent, but he's getting caught up in celebrity, reading his own headlines, and won't fight anymore. Went 0-4 in court against the Goosen Family. Time to be a fighter and not a "personality" signing autographs.

that is all fine but why was he trying to fight periban behind the scenes? periban sucks and we never heard anything about ward-periban beacuse everyone knows that fight is utter trash. they had to hide their cowardice while pretending to be fighting barrera. periban thankfully turned it down and made ward look bad. i wonder if ward has more 168 journeymen that he's trying to fight right now?

coWARD needs to stop quacking and start fighting, jokes aside this is a very good fight. Barrera got skills, Ward wins this, the Kovalev fight will be huge. Pascal is looking good, I have high appreciation for fighters who want to fight the best. Stevenson not so much.

Still think we should be screaming duck?
According to whom? Because Virgil's interview with Fighthype leads me to believe otherwise; so yeah lets keep screaming duck here

I hope he doesn't go the sameway that last year. They got like 3 or 4 months to make a deal and when the deadline is close, they start with negotiation problems...so we could get an Alexander Brand or a Murdock at 175.

I crossing my fingers to see Andre Ward with a good opponent in Barrera.

I really don't think Ward is concerned. I really don't see SB touching Ward that often. I would not be surprised to see Ward win in similar fashion as the Rodriguez fight.

IMO the only thing if anything about this fight that will be difficult for Ward would be adjusting to the weight.

newsflash!! mental ward hurt his back at the talks when he turned to barrera to tell him the fight will be in Oakland with his judges and a ref that will allow ward to clinch butt and hold

That's what a lot of people wish would happen. It's funny and or ironic that the same stuff/stance folks took with FMJ when the Pac fight was called for and announced by FMJ seem to be taking the same stance with Ward. All of these so called boxing fans keep throwing shade to fighters when the step up to the plate to face fighters that folks claim will be them. I'm not talking about SB, I talking about Kovalev. Once Ward signed that HBO deal with Kovalev being the final fight all you hear is comments similar to yours. It just Too Funny!!! LMAO!!!
