GGG is fun to watch, but he lacks any signature fights still.
If he beats Hopkins defense record as well as unifies the MW division then he will enter the conversation with some footing. Right now he's just 'on his way'.
He needs to make some big, risky fights- and win at least one or two of them emphatically.Comment

simply put, MW is very deep division, historically speaking. So if GGG manages to be an ATG MW, he is going to be like number 20 to 40. So I think that isn't that great of a acomplishment.
shi.t look at boxrec list of all time MW, GGG is like number 160. lol
ATG is just for some guys, GGG is a great fighter with amazing skills, power, and entertaining. But for top10 ATG you need the names on your resume, he will always lack that. Canelo is one, now who else?Comment

Not right now, no!
But he is the best I see at Middleweight and that includes Cotto & Canelo.
We'll see what happens in the next 2 years right now he is entertaining in a sport that lacks excitement. Crawford, Gonzales, GGG and a few others bring it but for the most part were stuck with Wlad, Fury, Cotto, Pac and the other fossils.Comment

Sadly no. I know he's been looking for the money fights ,waiting on Cotto and now Canelo, but at some point he has to go in there against talent, step up and risk losing to the likes of Ward. That's how legacy's are made.Comment
