Maidana 2 is really the only fight of his in which I remember he used it more than usual. Other than that, people moan about the Pac fight, but he didn't use it much there, and there's really no others. He just doesnt clinch much and people keep repeating it because they just assume he does.

Yep. There was definitely a lot of clinching in Maidana 2, but that was it. I've been waiting on the list for ages. I know it'll never come.

It's expected though. That guy for instance believes it's illegal to duck punches.

Legend in the ring. Obviously a terrible person outside the ring but you have to seperate the two. Boxers aren't usually nice people.

      He's my favourite fighter.

He's not evil. Just a bit naughty.

monzon was a bad, bad guy.

his wife was strangled unconscious before she fell / was tossed off of a balcony...

he also killed somebody else when he fatally crashed a car during a prison furlough.

Yes, he will forever be respected as a boxer. Anything done off the ring is every boxers own personal issues I care not about. I don't care that Pacquiao cheated on his wife. I don't care that Floyd hit his ex. I don't care that Oscar wears fishnets. I don't care that Mike is a rapist. I don't care that Cotto sleeps with his fat friend. I don't care for non of that. They were all great fighters and wether you like it or not, have their place in boxing history.

            Are you serious.
            1. He threw his wife off a Balcony!!! He killed that woman!
            2. He was still serving prison time when he died but on a furlough.

Not a bit Naughty but a piece of S*** and a sad excuse for a human...

I couldn't even bother to reply to his reply of my question. He started with the name calling and brought up the first Castillo fight for no reason. After that, I saw my time would be wasted lol.

That stuff does get forgotten over time though. When fighters are active their personality is still on display. When they're retired the memories fade. And when they're dead people all but forget about the horrible shit they might have done. Rightly or wrongly that's how it works.
He definitely acted like a psychopath/sociopath in the ring. Absolutely no epathy in the guy. All the fights ive watched ive barely seen him make an emotional gesture. Scary. Its amazing to see on a boxing level, but obviously had terrible effects in his personal life.

Horrific what he did, but i cant help but love watching him box

Carlos Molina (the 140lb one) is a gang member from Varrio Norwalk 13 for instance. The other Carlos Molina is a child ******er.
Funny how you say carlosmolina is a child ******er..I will never forget the quote from the movie a time to kill...
The witness was accused from being a child ******er,later the defense said " was he a child ******er?,well,he was 18 and she 17 and they have been married for 45 years now, does that make a difference?"..If you come and tell me its exactly the same that a 30 something lures 8 years old as an 18 year old having sex with an 17 year old girlfriend and the parents pressed charges, well, something is not right..That is carlos molina case.
