Whether they are currently running at a profit or not, I would be highly surprised if they cannot prove the profitability - therefore validity - of their LONG-TERM business model to a judge, and if necessary, jury.

They likely have some real good deals in place, no way did Shotime take " 45% " of the PPV revenue from the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight.

Mayweather is too smart for that, and so is Haymon.

I would much rather the money go to the fighters than to the greedy networks and promoters.

Yep, $1 million for fighting Rodriguez and another $1 million for fighting Zaveck. You can imagine how much he would demand if team Golovkin calls his bluff. Who can imagine promoters making a profit out of a boring runner with 12 fans?

Link me to EXACTLY how much revenue was earned from that fight IN TOTAL..... and, ALL expenditure including the %'s and tax.

Things are getting worse. Crawford and Postol are supposed to be fighting. They both want huge money. HBO can't afford it. Haymon probably does if both are signed to him. But who are we kidding? Haymon would feed them with long lines of bums.

I say, NO..... HBO are not prepared to pay it, because of how it would affect their profit margin.

If somebody else is prepared to pay it, because they have a better business model and better deals in place..... then good for them, and good for the fighters.
