In your earlier post you made an irrational statement that if Fury would somehow connect cleanly on Wilder he'll drop him like a sack of spuds because he has no chin which I find absurd; Unless he is willing to trade some leather in return from the heavier handed Wilder.

Of course Wilder has no chin, he was dropped hard by a complete bum in Harold Sconiers, and has been made to do the chicken dance a number of times in the amateurs.

A master boxer like Fury will have no problems with a crude brawler in Wilder. It will be similar to Floyd-Canelo. A shut out, but in this case Fury will get the KO.

That's what I've been saying all along. Feints, movement and footwork will not be enough against a determined opponent, who isn't intimidated by your punching power, gun shy or is willing to lay it all on the line because he is gonna be to busy swinging to worry about being countered from a guy who doesn't like to punch and with no power.

Guys don't just jump in usually, because if they do, they get countered and put to sleep. The meaning of tactical approach to boxing is much more apparent at a live show, even on the part of relatively less technical fighters.

Boxers often make it look fairly easy to avoid getting knocked out, but in reality they are always cautious to the possibility.

Boxing is a very tactical sport. "Not being afraid of punches" gets you knocked out.

Even you don't believe that. There's no way Fury can match firepower with Deontay Wilder. If it's a shootout that Tyson wants then it's a shootout he will get because trust me, Wilder will be more than obliged to give to him. He will welcome it. What better way for Deontay to neutralize Fury's physical advantages and style by fighting in a phone booth and at a very fast pace? Moreover, Deontay is the overall better athlete to start with.

If we assume for the sake of argument that Wilder does have a superior power-chin combination; it sure is a good thing for Fury that the object of boxing isn't to stand squared up in front of your opponent in turns with your hands at your hips and take turns delivering undefended punches to one another's face.

Have you ever seen the Hagler/Hearns fight? Marvin walked straight through Tommy's power with blatant disregard for it as he ate him up like Pac man. He took hearns' best shots before eventually knocking him out in round 3. I mean Hagler was willing and able to walk through the fiery pits of hell in order to score that KO victory.

I see what you have conveniently failed to disclose is that Fury doesn't have the best beard either. He has been rocked and knocked down on several occasions himself with Steve Cunningham being the most notable among them whom is a natural light heavyweight.
