          no, i don't count ring's p4p as they are typically atrocious. you can't forget that ring is property of golden boy and broner and guerrero were both golden boy then. plus, i don't think broner was ever #6, i think he was 10.

              hyped up overrated brawler in matthysse - check

              declining ever since robbing khan and the ped testosterone scandal in peterson - check

              his only good win is khan, and that is one that he was losing comfortably because he clipped him. khan never recovered. notice how garcia doesn't want to give him a rematch? they know it was a fluke. and even so, khan isn't elite himself anyway.
