You're punches are a bit sloppy powerful yes, you should really always bring your hands back to your guard position after throwing a punch and keep your elbows tucked into your sides, your leaving yourself wide open, just keep working at it and take notes of what your trainer tells you.Last edited by skyler; 10-16-2006, 09:04 AM.Comment

I do see your balance as being an issue, A Big One! You also leave the left side of your face wide open for a counter when you throw that jab or right or whatever that is. I see that when you're throwing your straight right you admire it too much leaving it out there longer than it should be. Leading in with your head like a bull will get you an uppercut from Hell! But hey can't knock you for trying and wanting to get better. Just keep at it and you'll get betterComment

Every sports requires a great deal of practice and skills to become efficent. So please don't put any sport before the statement or something else that requires little skills.Last edited by BigDozer260; 10-16-2006, 02:50 PM.Comment

But yeah, the guy really does look awful, who is teaching you to punch like that? Where is you're trainer correcting your form? Why is he allowing that kind of poor movement pattern of skills to be practiced? Not knocking you youngsta, but your trainer needs his ass whooped!Comment
