I also need to improve my defense,I get hit a lot...Ive got a personal trainer who has been a pro boxer for over 15 years, he is tryin to improve me, i think 4 or 5 more months and ill see if i have any tools to fight in the pro's..
btw, by looking at your size relative to the person holding the thick "body glove", you should be moving him much more. keep up the work and you'll get better.
Okay...I think my balance is a bit crap and the technique aint that good, I need to improve on that, but what do you guys think about my power, any good?
i think you have some decent power. but you hit a little low. whats that guys height? was he your trainer? or your mate.
cant really give much advice coz ive been training for about 4months now. carry on keep it up.
It looks like you have some power, although you say that you need to work on balance and defense and your right. The only problem is that from that video clip it looks like you are putting zero effort into balance and defense and just trying to hit as hard as you can.

that's not you. I saw that clip awhile back. the guy that posted it was saying the next naseem?
if you still claim thats you post a picture of yourself and it better look like the dood in the video
A lot of fighters with a lot of power tend to spend too much time trying to punch hard all the time. I'd say spend more time on the speed ball and work on varying combinations. Try and be fresh when you train, by this I mean keep yourself guessing when you train, then you'll definately have your apponent guessing. Work a lot on your defense and train like you want to fight then eventually it will become natural. I think you wanted to give us a display of your punching power, but if you wind up so much when you spar or fight then this is the reason you get hit so much. Still good for 2 months
