Voted for Tyson Fury since I can only pick one, but I think GGG has the highest probability as he is an unstoppable force and is not getting into his big money fights, but I think Fury is a close second and since it seems like a more distant second, I would get more nut huggers hopping on my nuts if I get that one right, so we will see in 5 years.

Probably Canelo. I think he's getting better & smarter & he's gonna be involved in many big fights whatever happens when or if the fight with GGG comes off. Spence or Valdez are to unknown to speculate on this big a scale. Its possible those guys or guys on that sorta level right now who could become P4P caliber guys in the future won't even have a major fight for another year or two covering most of the decade already.

I might suggest Loma to be more in this sorta discussion as he's already in the P4P discussion + has some bigger fights + is still trying to find his level so gots more big fights ahead of him.

Mayweather beat Cotto, Canelo and Pacquiao. It is impossible for any fighter to top that over the next few years especially considering the state of boxing politics.

Golovkin is too old, has wasted his time fighting nobodies and will slow soon, Floyd is a mile ahead at the moment but will likely not be considered in four years time. Cannel is a very likely candidate but he must beat Golovkin. Fury I'd like but he has a difficult division around him and would need to rule for four years. Lomachenko, Floyd or Canelo are my picks.

Halfway through the decade it's very hard to say. Floyd is 9-0 this decade, I don't think that's enough. I think of the options Canelo or Golovkin are the top candidates. But I think Terence Crawford has a great chance. 2014 FOTY, world titles in 2 divisions, only 28 years old right now, and lots of potential in two strong divisions at 140 and 147

Mayweather made Canelo look ****** in a fight he didn't take a round.

Fury I think will be a **** and burn career a la heavyweight Haye, cashing out short term. As for Golovkin he needs to challenge himself against opposition who pose a threat, clearly none of those come from middle, if he beats Ward he's up there same with Kovalev but I don't see either beating Ward.

If Ward stays active he can come close to Floyd they're formally recognised as the two best for a reason.

Roman Gonzalez, if he begins fighting all the top names in his division and cleans up super flyweight as well. He has already become a three division world champion with a deep resume and has looked unstoppable doing so. He also has time on his side and 112, 115 and 118 is filled with enough talent for him to pick up some impressive scalps before Slowing down.

Imagine his resume adds Naoya Inoue, Carlos Cuadras, Juan Francisco Estrada x2, Amnat Ruenroeng, Kazuto Ioka, McWilliams/McJoe Arroyo, Zolani Tete, Shinsuke Yamanaka, Arthur Villanueva, Srisaket Sor Rungvisai and all the other talented fighters in and around 112 - 118. Seriously, the floor is set for him to achieve greatness... It's just a matter of him avoiding the washed up Sosa's, Segura's and Viloria's of the divisions and actually challenging himself.

i like golovkin much better, but seems canelo will be. more potential for the next 4 years compared to ggg. much bigger names already too.

but looking at this list is pretty damn sad............................
