Next fighter of the Decade will likely be still active and at the top of the sport so I will pick Canelo of course if he lives up to his potential as a fighter.
Whoever is at the type of the Heavyweight Division by 2020 has a chance either Fury, Wilder, Joshua or who ever
Thurman has a chance as does Lomachenko, Gonzalez, Crawford and some of these other young guys who are starting to enter their Primes as fighters and will still be considered one of the best in 4 years

And I don't want to sound like a hater, but Floyd's wins over those fighters are really overrated.
Cotto - already Margarito'ed
Pac - no explanation needed, it's a great win on paper, but Floyd beat a post KTFO6 version of Manny.
Canelo - he was green, his best wins came after the Floyd fight.
Mayweather would've beaten these fighters at any point of their careers, but he didn't.

And as far as Canelo vs GGG. Given the current political state this is the only big fight available for both in the near future. That's not good and could result in a mega-marination until both fighters rack up some easy paydays in between.

Since beating Hatton, Floyd was all about money, he won't be FOTD in my opinion.
