Johnson is a terrible fight. FAR below the caliber of GGG.

GGG is elite level, the rest of MWs are just "good".

Is there even anyone in his division that would give him a fight and is not openly ducking him or making excuse after excuse?

Canelo would give him the best fight because of his counter-punching ability and chin.

Lee has too much pride and will get bombed out.
Quillin just disappeared off the radar. Thought he had a great chance.
Jacobs has no chin.
BJS just doesn't have the talent.

Johnson is a reasonable but not terribly exciting opponent. The deal with Canelo is going to make it difficult to get 3-4 fights as per usual for GGG - he takes this fight in April, agrees to fight Canelo in September, best case we get a third fight in December? Idk but as a result, Johnson would be a bit disappointing though not a major let down as long as Canelo-GGG (or at the very least - Jacobs and/or BJS) does actually happen.
