And GGG has chosen Saunders and his WBO title. I don't see the issue.

He's high risk and zero reward. He did 97k PPV buys in his last fight.

I'm just asking the fans who think GGG is always being ducked when that's not the case. There are fights available for GGG, but his team at least have to try to negotiate.
97k is more than any fighter you say he needs to fight sin Canelo.

The issue is BJS doesn't want to fight him.

          I don't understand what you're saying here?

Three to five million is a strange offer. Does Jacobs want 3 million to fight GGG or does he want 5 million which is almost twice as much? I am guessing Jacobs might be worth 3 million but I doubt he is worth 5 million. If GGG gets as much as Jacobs as well he should, and they both get 5 million then the fight will probably lose money. How much did Jacobs get paid to fight Quillen? My favorite question is how much did Ward offer GGG to come up to 168 to fight him??? Did Ward ever make GGG a written offer to fight or did he just run his mouth for some free publicity? Nobody seems to know if there ever was a written offer from Ward to GGG to fight and what the details of that offer were.

              What belt does Jacobs bring?

He brings GGG's old belt and if he wanted to fight GGG he could press his mandatory position. It's Jacobs job to seek GGG not the other way around as that would be going backwards.

Right, that's what I'm saying. Saunders is the one bringing a belt for Ggg to unify. Then it's only Canelo to full unification

I said it a few weeks ago. One of the problems with GGG accepting a tune up fight before Canelo is that he has very little leverage negotiating with any other fighter. After his last PPV flopped hard anyone who fights him will want a good payday to justify taking an L. And everyone knows GGG has to make a fight so they can squeeze K2 into a favorable deal or pass. Unlike Canelo fighters can make similar or better money fighting less risky guys than GGG. Canelo has proven to be a draw and can offer better money to whoever they want to fight next May.

                    - Jacobs trainer has said 3-5 mil is reasonable for a fight

From a lot of posters on this site, I've heard Jacobs offer is unreasonable, so my question is why hasn't anyone from Golovkin's team come forward also saying these numbers are unreasonable? In fact, I really haven't heard much from Golovkin's team on a potential fight with Jacobs.

I understand that Jacobs is a Showtime fighter and GGG is an HBO fighter, but GGG is promoted by K2 who have a good relationship with Haymon so it's negotiable. Anything in business is negotiable.

If I'm being honest, it seems Team GGG aren't really that eager to fight Jacobs. Someone with such a questionable chin and given GGG's power, they should be all over this fight, no?
Jacobs went from ko loss, to protected cancer sob story who no one even took seriously enough to criticize, to I want 6 million

He really is the miracle man.

champ offering contender to challenge the champ for his belt??
