I'm a canelo fan but used to be a much bigger canelo fan before this 155 BS. Any fan that supports it or argues in favor of it is a clown.

I've had a look at Canelo's twitter account and a lot of his fans are saying the same thing. This bullshit is annoying them and that will come back to bite him, if he carries it on past next Sept.

The people supporting him in this are GGG haters, not Canelo fans.

You know, its possible for one to think that Canelo is full of **** for demanding a catchweight. AND, think GGG is full of **** for being a complete f.uck'n hypocrite. Whether it be willing to fight Floyd at 54, but not Nelo at 55. Or being willing to for Froch and Chavez Jr at 68, but not Ward. Having no sympathy for GGG being given a dose of his own medicine doesn't mean you're a "hater."

How anyone can be sympathetic for GGG and his team is beyond me. How can they complain at the way Canelo and his team are treating them with the on going negotiations of the fight is hypocritical. When they've done the same to other fighters.They contradict themselves at every corner. His team says GGG fights for honor and glory and not money. If that were the case then why go looking for fights with the most popular fighters In boxing. Give in to their demands but put roadblocks for the least popular ones. Why call out Floyd Mayweather Jr. who's never fought at MW. And make ridiculousl excuses on why not to fight Lara. One of those ironically being that he's never fought at MW. Why agree to fight Froch and Chavez Jr at the SMW limit but not Ward. GGG and company are just hypocrites. Canelo is not the first or last one to use they're star power at the bargain table. Boxings past stars have used it all the time. Pacquiao used it with Morales, Marquez and Cotto and so has Mayweather Jr. with Marquez, Canelo and Maidana. Nothing hypocritical about it. 154 is a DIFFERENT WEIGHT CLASS for the 154 POUND TITLE.

He's not going to defend his 160lbs title at 154 or 155. HUGE DIFFERENCE. If canelo wants to fight at 155 WITH NO TITLES AT STAKE, then he'd have an argument for GGG being a hypocrite. The circumstances are entirely different here. Golovkin never said " I'll defend my 160 title at 154"

You wouldn't be crying so much if you stopped making up fairytales. Like GGG fighting only for glory and not money. If his promoter said that, means he's not doing his job.
