Oh I got you. For Diego De La Hoya I highly doubt that Oscar will let him fight either Jo Jo Diaz or Julian Ramirez. But maybe Manuel Avila but even that I doubt.
Golden Boy will keep building him up. Just my opinion he is improving by fight. Looked a lot better from the beginning of the year to the end of the year.Comment

I'm starting to think hes one of the posters on here like okynba or black soul. He's just playing victim. He knows they all get paid well for mismatches and they get hated for it. As they should. Ironically enough since HBO is only catering to the "great white hope/conspiracy" theyre doing a great job with Walters, Bradley, and Crawford. Who Cares! Him and Haymon made it despite the media being against both of them so it is really no excuses for anybody after their success in a sport that has a history of doing that going back to Jack Johnson ERA
Build your own publication they have the money to do it, come up with something that is BETTER than Bias RING who does purposely rate Haymon fighters low in every division because it is owned by Oscar. Ring lost credibility years ago an putting Rousey on the Cover is PROOF that RING is clearly not much of a factor
Casuals sports fans don't give a damn about none of this, all they care about is good fights. Casuals have no ***ing clue who Haymon is and what he looks like nor do they care. Most Casual Sports fans even if they're "Racist" they will watch if it is something they like. All the racist stuff about the Black Guy in Star Wars sure did not stop that movie from shattering every Box Office Record Possible. Funny how he's all for ggg moving up to face ward...but ward is being "forced" to move up to get beat by kovalev. This is part of the problem...he was just spouting off how ggg is easy work for ward and how ggg has to move up and fight ward to prove something. But he sees kovalev as a tough fight that ward is being forced into lol. At least pretend you don't want the path of least resistance for the most $$$. Saying that type of stuff to the media isn't doing anyone any favors...especially ward. What's that do for ward's confidence? He basically said he's being forced into it and he's gonna lose. he doesn't even realize what he's saying because he was babied for so long. its sheer entitlement. the ducking mentality has become such common place in his thought process that its been normalized. to him any tough fight is seen as "trying to make him lose" how dare you try to make me fight this guy? i call the shots. the hypocrisy is mind boggling as well. notice how he doesn't say they are trying to make ggg lose by moving up and fighting ward.Comment
