he doesn't even realize what he's saying because he was babied for so long. its sheer entitlement. the ducking mentality has become such common place in his thought process that its been normalized. to him any tough fight is seen as "trying to make him lose" how dare you try to make me fight this guy? i call the shots. the hypocrisy is mind boggling as well. notice how he doesn't say they are trying to make ggg lose by moving up and fighting ward.

The problem is that it took mayweather years to get to the position where he had negotiating clout. He seems to want to make it automatic for the rest of these guys just cuz they're with haymon or tmt. I get looking out for a fighters best interest, and commend it, but these guys still have to fight the fights to build their legacy and get to where they have star power like mayweather had. That's why people like ggg...cuz he at least gives the fns the perception that he's willing to fight anyone.

My place of employment has a very diverse workforce consisting of many ethnic backgrounds and all of them are paid very well with good benefits. Yeah. There are like 4 guys (Tyson, Oscar, PacMan and Floyd) who have reached that level over the last 25 years. To act like America is racist because every obscure African-American fighter isn't making 50 million a fight is silly.

America has huge racial issues, but that's not whats happening here.

I could also point out that there has been a white Heavyweight Champion (something a recently as the late 90's seemed like a joke, an utter fantasy) for a decade, and next to no one in America cared about him. Most white folks in America don't care about boxing.

If Floyd thinks they are keeping the black man down on the PFP lists to appeal to whites while pacing other fighters on there (few of whom are white, none of whom are American) to make them more popular, that is a little silly.

my mindset? You couldnt even begin to contemplate my "mindset". See, my "mindset" understands that my fate is in my own hands, and what I achieve in life is up to me, and nobody else.
